Realtor Selection

Thank you for your interest in Savoy on Clement and for submitting your selection form on behalf of your client. We will do our best to secure one of your clients’ preferred units, however, due to high demand, your Unit Selection is not a guarantee of purchase. A sales representative will contact you with any available homes that may be suitable to your clients’ interests.

If you have more than one client, a selection form for each client must be completed.

Please note:

  • Following your submission, you will be contacted by a sales representative to discuss your clients selections and work with you on securing a home.
  • If your client is allocated a unit, you and your client will receive a contract writing appointment.
  • Appointment will be held virtually or over the phone.
  • At the time of the appointment, your client will be required to provide two forms of Canadian government-issued identification, including one photo identification such as a driver’s license, residency card, or passport.
  • An initial deposit of 10% is required within 7 days of the contract offer.

A limited number of storage spaces will be available at a cost of $5000 per unit, with a limit of one (1) storage space per unit.
If an additional parking stall becomes available would your clients like to purchase one at the cost of $35,000?
Please note that studio units and 1 bedroom B4 units at Savoy on Clement do not come with a parking space. For those homes that come with a parking space, prices include the cost of 1 (one) parking space.

Deposit Information:

If you receive an appointment for contract writing, please prepare to have a certified bank draft for 10% of the total purchase price for the unit your clients wish to purchase. Deposits must be delivered in person or sent by courier to the Savoy on Clement Presentation Centre at Suite 103 - 810 Clement Avenue, Kelowna, BC.

Deposits must be made out to: Pushor Mitchell LLP – In Trust.
